TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped out, so you can track your package every step of the way.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This is because some product require special shipping lines due to batteries etc. Our goal is to offer you best shipping & fastest option.

Custom Clearance
We are not responsible for any additional custom fees or VAT that might occur once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may get additional custom & VAT fees when they arrive in your country.
EU&UK: VAT is charged at the Point of Sale (included in price) and paid by us. (No Extra Fee Will Be Charge To You).
EU from the 1st July 2021: We pay the VAT / Customs fee via our fulfilment partner. Your package will arrive safely with no extra fees or delays.
